Shipping & Handling

At Tranquilo, we value each and every single customer. As customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we offer free shipping options to every U.S. customer. International customers will be charged $25 for shipping and are responsible for import taxes and duty.

General Shipping Information

Ground orders are generally shipped Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM, Central Time (CT) except on holidays. Express and overnight orders are shipped until 1:30 PM CT. All orders (unless they are on backorder) are shipped within 2 business days of being placed. If orders are placed by 3 PM CT Monday - Friday, they may be shipped the same day. We use USPS and FedEx to deliver our orders.

Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information when the order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number within 2 business days after ordering, please contact customer service.

Mats and decorative mat covers are sent separately and will have different tracking numbers.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping For U.S. Customers

During the purchasing process, U.S. customers will be offered the following shipping options. Please note that for Alaska and Hawaii, only Free Shipping and the $10 Priority Mail options are available. For U.S territories, only our Free Shipping is available.

Decorative covers are not eligible for upgraded shipping and will be sent separately.

Free Shipping

7-10 business days

Available for all U.S. states and territories.

Priority Mail, $10

Within 3 days depending on location. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed by USPS.

Available for all U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx 2-Day, $17

2 business days, evening delivery. No Saturday delivery.

Available in contiguous U.S. only.

FedEx Standard Overnight, $35

Next business day, by 8 PM. No Saturday delivery.

Available in contiguous U.S. only.

*Tranquilo cannot guarantee shipping timeframes provided by FedEx and USPS but will work with the customer and the courier to ensure prompt and timely delivery or assist the customer with a refund by the courier for expedited shipping costs based on courier policies.
 Important: Express and overnight orders are shipped Monday - Friday until 1:30 PM CT. Express orders placed on Friday at 1:45 PM CT, will not be shipped until Monday. In this instance, a FedEx Standard Overnight order would not be delivered until Tuesday.
Shipping for International Customers

International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duty on their purchase as well as a $25 shipping fee. International orders may take 2-4 weeks for arrival.

Customers will receive notification with tracking once the order has been shipped. When the shipment leaves the U.S. Postal Service and is transferred into the local postal stream, tracking information may not be updated, depending on the country of destination.

Backorders

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock and communicate with you about the backordered item. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. If your order is split because of a backordered item, you will not be charged additional shipping for the backordered item.


Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. This policy covers how we use your personal information.

What information do we collect?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, shipping address, email address, and credit card information. We collect only the information we need to process your order.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How is my information used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Email Marketing
With your permission, we may send you emails about our company, new products, and other updates. We will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. If you change your mind after you opt-in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at info@tranquilomat.com.

Security and Storage

Only your billing, shipping, and order information is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your credit card data.

Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to store your shopping cart contents and recognize you on your next visit to our store. We use them only to track this information.
