Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Tranquilo, Inc. We are confident that we offer a product of the highest quality for your baby, and we hope you feel the same way! We also know there are learning curves to using new baby products, and if you have any questions, please contact us prior to returning your mat. We most likely can offer a helpful solution. Items purchased directly from Tranquilo are refundable if returned within a 30 day period, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Pre-ordered and backordered items are refundable if returned within a 30 day period from date of shipment. Customers will receive a full refund for the returned item(s), less shipping costs (if applicable) and $5.00 restocking fee to original payment method used for purchase. If you elected free shipping, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. To return an item, please contact us to receive a return authorization form. In order for a return to be accepted, the customer must include the original packaging and packing receipt, and an approved Tranquilo return authorization form.

Once your item is received and inspected by our Customer Service Team, your claim will be processed and a refund or replacement will be issued within 7 - 14 business days.

Tranquilo reserves the right to evaluate return requests on an individual basis.


If a product is determined to be defective in workmanship or materials, Tranquilo, Inc. will repair or replace (at our option) your product free of charge for the 12 months from the day of purchase. To claim your replacement, the product must be returned to us along with a copy of the original packing receipt. Please note that depending on the product and shipping address, it may take an additional 2 - 10 business days to receive a replacement.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, accident, self-repair, or alteration. For specific warranty information on your item, please complete the form on the Contact Us page.
